Most reviewers find the hook comfortable and easy to use, and several say it is good quality for the price. Complaints are uncommon. A few reviewers say the handle feels short, and one found the hook rough and prone to snagging yarn.

Awful crochet hook, rough and uncomfortable to hold. The hook snags and splits the yarn. No wonder they’re all reduced in price. At 60p not worth sending back. Mine went straight in the trash can. Don’t waste your 60p!
I don't crochet (so far haven't managed anything more than a chain!), but bought this to pick up stitches when knitting, when something has gone wrong and needs correcting. Found it is excellent when I am knitting with 4 ply yarn.
I am fairly new to crocheting and am finding this hook very easy and comfortable to use.
Good quality hook that is comfortable to use. Personally would have preferred it to be a little longer but that doesn't affect the use.
Comfortable to use, variety of colors make it easy to pull the correct size from the work basket
Good quality but still short in handle. Seems more rubberised grip than hook neck.
Comfortable to use for aged fingers
Comfortable to use, soft handles!
For me, the handle and hook caused too much friction. However, it was very comfortable to hold and otherwise perfect, just not right for me
